Education

The Science Factory serves multiple educational needs in Lancaster, Dauphin, York and Lebanon counties. We are working closely with school systems, matching exhibits and programs with school curricula and the Pennsylvania Academic Standards. Through enrichment programs, we will help prepare students for the science PSSA tests coming coming later this year, matching 'eligible content' with our exhibits and programs.

Working with the School District of Lancaster we have created the "Science Lab" program, an EITC Innovative Education program whereby the Science Factory serves as a science lab for elementary and middle school students and teachers, providing demonstrations and activities not possible in the classroom.
